From Richmond
Take Route 301 North to Waldorf
Turn right (south) on Leonardtown Rd (5 /235)
Turn left on route 245, Sotterley Rd.

Visiting By Boat:
Call the Sotterley Office in advance Monday – Friday to check tour availability and to verify no Education Programs are scheduled at the pier when you plan to arrive. Student safety is first and foremost. No boats are permitted while programs are in session.

Weekend boaters who have not called in advance Monday - Friday cannot be guaranteed a tour time. There is an approximately 15 minute walk to the Museum Shop for check-in.
